Our company was officially founded in 1989 under the name PHU WRAZIDŁO. Our activities in the beginning included metal machining services and locksmithing, as well as servicing of mining machines and machine tools. Since the very beginnings we have been dedicated to systematic expanse of our scope of offer thanks to investing in cutting-edge technologies and CNC machines.
our Research & Development department was founded, focused on working on the designing processes of machines and tools for metalwork (such as gauges, matrices, forms, tube bending tools, etc.). We have also implemented state-of-the-art Computer Aided Engineering systems, such as Autodesk Inventor CAD software or Siemens NX CAM environment.
to be certified to ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System. We also have manufacturing licences issued by the Central Mining Institute in Katowice and KOMAG Institute of Mining Technology in Zabrze.
2013 PHU WRAZIDŁO was transformed into WRAZIDŁO Sp. z o.o. which allowed us to further expand our scope of activity relying on the supply and experience base of the previous company.
