Since the year 2000 we have been expanding our capabilities and offer thanks to the establishment of an experienced and ambitious Research & Development department. We rely on state-of-art CAE software supplementing our research, design & machining processes: Autodesk Inventor CAD environment and Siemens NX CAM platform.
The capability of our R&D department is being systematically extended thanks to investing in cutting-edge technologies from the fields of reverse engineering, advanced metrology, laser scanning or 3D-printing.
Our scope of activity includes:
designs of tools, assemblies and machines from basic concepts to complete solutions
designing machines and toolings keeping in mind their ergonomics, practicality and operating convenience
rapid prototyping supplemented with laser scanning, measuring machines and 3D-printing technologies
calculations of principal stresses, warping, safety factor, etc., dynamic motion renderings, collision analyses
