ELEFANT WR-AS are modern welding automatons that, thanks to innovative mechanical solutions and numerical control, ensure repeatability in the welding processes of various types of components. The machines are offered in two models:
The ELEFANT WR-AS LINEAR linear welding automaton guarantees consistent longitudinal welding of pipes and profiles of various shapes. The fully automated edge positioning and clamping process ensures the shortest possible cycle time and optimal welding results. The machine provides full flexibility in terms of geometry, thickness, and diameter of the welded component.
The ELEFANT WR-AS ORBITAL orbital welding machine stands out from the competition thanks to its innovative system that rotates the torch around the workpiece. This design allows the welded component to be held rigidly, enabling orbital welding of large and complex parts.
Both models can be adapted for TIG or MIG/MAG welding, depending on the welding power source used.
