WR-RZ- tube & profile forming and calibrating machines
WR-RZ is a line of machines dedicated for calibrating & forming processes for tubes and profiles. Depending on the model, the machine offers the capabilities to carry out processes such as:

  • calibrating,
  • profiling,
  • chalicing,
  • edge folding,
  • stamping,
  • cutting, chamfering, facing, etc.

WR-RZ carries out the machining processes through a simultaneous actuation of 2 hydraulic cylinders – one vertical and one horizontal. More advanced models can be equipped with additional systems, such as a sliding multi-tool block with a set of horizontal forming tools, auxiliary actuators or additional horizontal tools with independent drives.

The WR-RZ machines are available in 3 versions:

  • WR-RZ I – basic model equipped with a vertical cylinder with a forming matrix and a horizontal actuator with a single tool block,
  • WR-RZ III – model extended with a sliding horizontal multi-tool block, providing the capability of running a sequentional process with an entire set of horizontal tools,
  • WR-RZ V – advanced model equipped with a system of independently actuated horizontal forming tools, including tools with auxiliary electrical drives (for tube facing, chamfering, cutting, etc.); forming tool lubricating system and a hydraulic vertical matrix changeover system.

Our WR-RZ machines are based completely on CNC control and equipped with advanced safety systems – optical barriers and covers.
